Terms, delivery and refunds

Last updated: 27 September 2026. These terms apply to product data reconciliation services supplied under the Catalog Relay name by Wenzhou Xianji Trading Co., Ltd. (温州显吉贸易有限公司).

1. What is being supplied

A data-processing service delivered as electronic files. We compare the product files you send us and return a discrepancy and exception report. We do not sell goods, ship anything, hold stock, or handle funds on your behalf.

2. Scope and quotation

Every engagement starts with a written scope confirmation stating the number of source records, which files are compared, which fields are compared, the fee and the delivery date. Work begins once the scope is confirmed and payment terms are met. Only the fields listed in the scope are compared.

3. Delivery

Deliverables are sent by email or by a download link, in XLSX or CSV. Target turnaround is 2 business days for a trial batch and 3 business days for a standard batch, counted from the later of scope confirmation and receipt of payment. If a file is materially larger or more complex than described, we tell you before starting and may issue a revised quote; you may decline it with no charge.

4. Revisions and accuracy

One revision pass is included within 7 days of delivery, covering errors in our own normalization or matching. Changes to the input files, to the compared fields, or to the scope itself are a new batch and are quoted separately. Matching is performed by stated rules (for example SKU, barcode, or normalized title); the rule used for each record is shown in the report so results can be checked. We do not guarantee that every commercially relevant difference is detected — only that the stated rules were applied to the files supplied.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the files you send, and that they contain no data you are not permitted to disclose to a processor. You provide the files in a readable, machine-processable format.

6. Payment

Fees are quoted and invoiced in US dollars. The invoice states the payment options available for your country and the bank or transfer charges that are your responsibility. Prices exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Refunds

If we cannot complete a batch for a reason within our control, we refund the fee for that batch in full. If you cancel after processing has started, we may charge for the portion completed. Once a correct report has been delivered under the confirmed scope, the fee is not refundable. Refunds are returned by the same route as the payment.

8. Confidentiality

Your files and the results are treated as confidential. We do not publish them, resell them, or reuse them for other clients. A short confidentiality or data-processing agreement can be signed before the first batch on request.

9. Liability

Our liability for a batch is limited to the fee paid for that batch. We are not liable for commercial decisions taken on the basis of the report. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
